Initially employed as Personal Assistant to Ella Romanos of Ella Romanos Ltd. After promotion from a part time to full time employee, I gained the additional title of Junior Producer. Reporting directly to the CEO, I gained experience in and around her portfolio of companies, including development studios Rocket Lolly and Strike GameLabs, as well as her varied consulting client base.
